I'm Abhinay Karthik - a B.Tech engineer who builds systems that think. From multi-agent clinical AI to distributed schedulers and real-time products, I care about software that is intelligent underneath and unforgettable on the surface.
02 — SELECTED WORK
Continuum is an autonomous engineering workspace that connects your repositories and coordinates fleets of AI agents to streamline code review, testing, and release decisions. It consolidates fragmented developer workflows into a single command interface with real-time visibility into every agent action.
ClinicalAgents is an AI-powered multi-agent system that helps healthcare professionals reason over clinical trial data and drug safety information. Four specialised agents — Enrollment, Safety, Efficacy, and General — collaborate under LangGraph 2.0 orchestration to answer complex clinical queries, match patients to trials, and surface FDA adverse-event patterns.
EntraFlux is an AI safety platform for people on GLP-1 metabolic medications such as Ozempic and Wegovy. By analysing wearable biometrics and physiological signals, it predicts nausea and adherence challenges before they occur and delivers adaptive real-time guidance. The platform also monitors online marketplaces for counterfeit drug listings and mines adverse event signals from social media and published trials.
